“Tv can a good parent” is an essay written by American mother Arial Gore. In this essay, Arial is against AAP's law that doesn't allow 2-year-old children to watch television. She has a lot of issues. Apartment rental is high. Her kid wants lots of things. She asks the government to support the single mother by providing a salary. The author believes that TV can be a good parent because some of the programs are not good for kids but some are very knowledgeable to the kids. 

The essay depicts the Struggle of a Single mother who can't give all the time for caring and looking after the kids. She has to do money-oriented Job to buy the food and toys for the Kid. But the government is not giving proper attention to these problems. Instead, they are busy making useless plans and rules that do not contribute to solving the problem existing rather they add up to the problem than solve it. 

Being a parent is an extremely difficult task to do. It takes all of your hard work to succeed and Come out as a good parent so I think the government should supports these parents to grow their children in a good environment rather than making useless plans and policies which can destruct the development of children mentality. So the government should take necessary action to these existing problems as soon as possible. 

I think avoiding children from watching a Tv in the sense could affect the development of children mind is not much good thing. Rather than avoiding them to watch, a responsible Tv channel should have to come up with creative and knowledgeable programs which can enhance the growth of children's minds. It is not only a responsibility of mothers to think about a small child, It is also the responsibility of the nation to look after these small children because they are the future of the nation and as a citizen of we all should be responsible to it.
